KAI LOVE: Writer, motivational speaker, small business owner, singer, poet, comedian, quintessential Pisces, and super-nerd, depending on the day. She is a musical force because of her powerful vocal range, stage presence, songwriting skills, and infusion of spoken words. On March 20, 2017, Kai self-published her first book of poetry titled "Sentimentality: A Poetic Curation of Thoughts and Feelings." She released her soulful singing and spoken word debut EP, "Little Star," which won the National Poetry Award-Best Album 2016. Her follow-up CD, [REDACTED], released in February 2018 in collaboration with Savant Furlow, features the inspirational anthem, [BE]. Kai released her second solo album, Curl Pattern, in May 2020. In January 2022, Kai made her directorial debut with the release of the film short, "Dear 21-Year-Old Me, an anthology of storytelling from four 40-something-year-olds. She released her third solo album, Train Up A Child, in October 2023 in honor of her grandmother, which also introduces Kai's second documentary film, Eye Recite: Testimonials, and features the video "Seek Ye." Kai is an avid traveler who has performed and instructed poetry globally and strives to keep #LOVE at the center of art and service.
