March 2, 2026The reason I didn't give you a five star is that I was told you were 30minutes late. I wanted you to be there at 12:00noon because I knew the guests coming were going to be leaving. My sister had to talk them into staying for the surprise Elmo. But I saw the pictures and Lexi LOVED Elmo. Thank you for making her so happy to see and talk to her Hero! You did a Great job! Goodmorning, First off we would like to say thank you again for booking us, we appreciate you! Next, we want to sincerely apologize for being late! We were a couple minutes away when we realized, we forgot birthday girls gift. We had to then find a store to be able to purchase more gifts for the birthday girl, which set us back. We apologize for the inconvenience, but are happy to know that the birthday girl enjoyed her visit with Elmo ❤️

December 21, 2020My family really enjoyed “The Grinch”! The character arrived promptly when scheduled and allowed all the pictures and videos we wanted and even danced in a few Tik Toks with my teenage granddaughters. The Grinch was a hit with our Christmas Cards this year - everyone LOVED them!

July 23, 2019I would definitely recommend using these guys if you are getting a costumed character. Cat Boy was awesome! The kids loved him they loved giving him balloons and toys to hold while taking pictures. They were great with communication before the party answering whatever questions I had! ❤️

March 4, 2019The boys had a very difficult time finding our house. When they arrived in their cheap character costumes, they had nothing to do to entertain the children. I thought for this much money, the costumes would be a bit more and the characters would have something to do to entertain the kids. Kids were not impressed.

Ma’am from our understanding you did not let the workers dance (which is something they do). You had no music. Also they were put inside of a room while the parents were out in the living room getting drunk, while the children were pulling, hitting, and damaging the costumes. Sorry for your experience, Have a good day.
