He is a Doctor of Jurisprudence, a former trial attorney with the United States Justice Department, a former state prosecutor, a defense attorney and judge. Minister Mosely has studied Spiritual Law (Laws of Life) for over 30 years, and has taught The Laws of Life for more than 25 years. He has embarked on a series of publications, audio CD's and video DVD's to make his research and experience more widely available to the world. His most recent endeavor is Executive Producer and Presiding Judge of Laws of Life Court TV.

Administrative Judge – Was responsible for all Court administrative matters, including, but not limited to hiring, setting salaries, personnel policies and administrative reports to the State Supreme Court, budgets, et cetera.
Trial Judge– Presided over all court litigation, including but not limited to civil lawsuits, city taxes, evictions, small claims, housing violations, criminal misdemeanors, felony bindovers, and bond settings.

Received special case assignments from the Ohio Attorney General to investigate and to prosecute business entities.

Represented Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio in numerous jury trials, involving offenses ranging from aggravated murder, burglary, robbery, rape, assault, theft and business crimes. Also, handled hundreds of pre-trials, involving such offenses.
