Hi there! I am Joy Parkman and I am a singer/ songwriter, worship leader, teacher and prophetic psalmist. My passion is to share my music so that lives are touched and encouraged with hope and peace.
I am married to the love of my life, Bruce and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Bruce and I, along with our 18 year old son, Jordan, live in Alabama - my home state - where I love spending time with my family, and all my precious grandchildren. I absolutely love singing, writing music, and above all, sitting at the feet of Jesus. I am also senior leader of Awakening House of Prayer in Moody, Alabama

July 25, 2011Joy performed an absolutely wonderful show for our Del Webb community. We had 180 in attendance for the almost 3 hour show-did not want it to end. Joy does an astounding Karen Carpenter tribute and the Variety show was very entertaining. A great evening!
