Professional Soprano and Cantor Joyce Williams-Samedy offers a vocal style described as having "gossamer wings" with the "warmth of chicken soup." A long-standing Televised Mass Cantor for the Catholic Faith Network and Soprano Section Leader at St. Agnes Cathedral, she specializes in creating a prayerful atmosphere for weddings, funerals, and quinceañeras. Her versatile range (G3–F6) spans Gregorian Chant and classical arias to musical theater belt. A trained dancer in Modern and Haitian Folk, she brings unique physical grounding to every performance. Whether leading a vibrant Praise service or a soaring Ave Maria, Joyce delivers with joyful, professional heart.

Knights of Columbus Father Bukey Council - 25th Anniversary

Joyce Williams-Samedy entertained the Father Bukey Council at their 25th anniversary on October 28th, and oh what a pleasure it was to hear her sing. She had the audience totally captivated from her very first note. They were mesmerized by her pure soprano, and the story she told, about the discovery and love affair with her art.
Her repertoire was a medley of show tunes from Broadway in English, French and Spanish, and at end of her performance, which lasted a little over an hour, she had the audience clamoring for more.

She was great, and I can't wait to see her next show.
