January 3, 2025Unfortunately, I had to cancel my event. Joyful Charcuterie did everything in their power to reschedule the event. Although there were no available dates in December, they went beyond what was excepted to squeeze me in their schedule. Secondly, I received my refund without any major issues. Third, I had not cancelled my scheduled final payment (credit card), and a payment was sent to their company. I immediately received a message that they were refunding my payment. I would definitely hire them to cater my next event; this type of professionalism should be rewarded.

August 19, 2024Joyful Charcuterie did and fantastic job. The food was delicious and everyone at the party were stunned at the display and service they provided. Asked them to stay over which lasted an extra 3.5 hours and they worked their tails off without question.

While we require a minimum of 3 days' notice, we highly recommend booking your event as early as possible to secure your preferred date and allow ample time for customization and preparation.
