Joseph G. Peck is a driven and passionate sales leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of delivering
exceptional results across various industries, including financial services, real estate, construction, and the U.S. Air Force. Known for his

Joseph began his career in the U.S. Air Force, serving as a Pharmacy Supervisor and later as the Structures Supervisor for the 944th Civil
Engineering Squadron. In these roles, he managed large teams and multimillion-dollar assets, emphasizing cost management and risk
mitigation. He directed operations for 23 large shelter facilities, valued at $1.4B, and implemented safety protocols that si gnificantly
improved the operational efficiency of his teams. His leadership earned him numerous accolades, including th e Air Force Achievement
Medal and multiple Airman of the Quarter awards.
In 2018, Joseph transitioned to the private sector, joining J.P. Morgan Chase as a Home
Lending Advisor. Here, he excelled in sales by surpassing performance targets and achieving
top salesperson status. His ability to manage client interactions and close deals rapidly
contributed to his team's success, as he executed 42 deals in his first month, outperforming
his peers by 200%.
From 2019 to 2022, Joseph performed as a Financial Solutions Advisor at Merrill, specializing
in banking and brokerage services. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he
successfully led his branch to maintain high levels of client service and operational stability.
His leadership in managing a team of 15 advisors contributed to increased customer
satisfaction and improved branch morale during a critical period of adversity.
Joseph then advanced to Fidelity Investments, where he took on the role of
Director, Retirement Planner. In this capacity, he provided retirement and
investment consulting for executives and senior management, delivering
exceptional client service and generating weekly revenues of $12-17M. His
outstanding performance earned him Salesperson of the Quarter honors twice
and led to significant growth in assets under management.
Currently, Joseph serve as Vice President, Financial Advisor at BOK Financial,
where he engages with high-net-worth clients and partners to expand the
business in Arizona. Within just 1.5 months, Joseph reestablished key
partnerships, resulting in a 130% increase in revenue. His ability to coach his
team has solidified his reputation as a visionary leader capable of delivering
measurable success.
