June 7, 2025Our daughter was married in an outdoor ceremony on May 31, 2025. The addition of Jordan's cello music was everything we had dreamed of!
During the planning stages, Jordan was so easy to communicate with, was very accommodating to our music selections, and offered suggestions. He made us feel very confident that he had everything under control...which he did! During the ceremony he was very attentive to the officiant for every subtle cue of when to begin selections. It was evident he is experienced with event performance and is intent on making your ceremony or event perfect for you! Thank you, Jordan! I'm thankful we found you on gigsalad. Our daughter's dream was to have live cellist music at her ceremony and you made it perfect for her AND our guests. So many compliments!!!

The one thing I can say is that every gig is special for the event I'm playing. If it's ceremony music you'll hear me playing classical music or requests of songs from the bride and groom. If it's a cocktail hour, or party I play more upbeat classic rock covers, pop and jazz songs, sometimes with a loop pedal as a solo performer.
Music has been my full time career since 2006, playing performances and events and teaching. I have a masters degree in music from the University of Michigan.
For ceremony music I require an armless chair. For larger events an outlet is recommended so I can use my p.a. speaker.
