I help motivate and empower people by focusing on how they perceive challenges and how they see themselves. I talk about career goals, agility, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership. I am a strong proponent of knowing yourself, setting an example, and leadership as parenting. I believe a good leader invests themselves in their team and a good team is a family.
I am a storyteller and use humor to emphasize my main points. I have a background in theatre and music, so the stage is a natural place for me to be. I can bring a slide deck or work without one, as you prefer.

What to expect
I provide a very conversational event with a lot of audience interaction. I use humor and stories to make my point. I have a background in theatre and music with a resonant voice, so I like to have room to move around and I can get quite dynamic at times.

I am a coach, CTO, Agile Product Owner, and author of "The Intuitive Way: Achieving your goals without stress or fear using Guided Intuition". I have spent 30 years working in commercial software companies building products for Fortune 500 customers. I've also spent many years as an entrepreneur and coach working with startups and investors.

Additional booking notes
No real requirements. Hands-free microphone is preferred for a large room. Natural lighting, when possible. I like to be able to see my audience, since I like to be as interactive as possible.
For handling questions in a large venue, I would prefer mics set up in the aisles or someone handling a spare mic and passing it to audience members as needed.
