If an audience came to see me perform, they would see a young aspiring artist with passion for his music. They would see an artist who brings an authentic energy and means what he is saying up on that stage. They would see someone who is professional with his craft but damn sure knows how to get the party started.

My name is Johnny Bowling, I am an aspiring hip-hop artist from Stockton, CA. I starting rapping when I was in high school, never took it too seriously at that point. It was just a hobby. When I entered college, something clicked. I performed on stage for the first time and I felt something I had never felt before, at that moment I knew this is what I wanted to do. I got ahold of some recording equipment and I started writing. Soon enough I had released my first official album. I followed that with another album a year later, along with a few singles in between. I have performed at various venues and I am working to get my name out there. I have some great things to share with this world though my music. I want to send a positive message and I want to help others. I know I chose a tough path, but I know it is the right one. I am willing to do what it takes to achieve my dream, and I am hoping GigSalad will help me.

A mic, good speakers, and audio input/output is all I need to put on a great show. Everything else would be a bonus.
