BEFORE THE DAY
A planning form to capture your timeline and song selections, a planning call to walk through it together, and follow-ups leading up to the event. Must-play and do-not-play lists are honored, and the correct version of your first dance is confirmed in advance. Liability insurance (COI) naming your venue as additional insured is available on request, and a written contract is standard for every event.

ON THE DAY
Early arrival with setup finished and clean well before doors open. Clean cable management and a polished front, because the setup ends up in your photos. Backup sound, backup controllers, and backup power are on site at every event, plus a canopy tent if the weather turns.

DURING THE EVENT
A natively bilingual MC in English and Spanish. Family names pronounced correctly and announcements that land for both sides of the room. No forced participation, no dated line dances, no DJ making the night about himself.

The music is mixed, not stacked: bachata, salsa, merengue tipico, and reggaeton woven into current hits, hip hop, house, and 90s and 2000s throwbacks, so the Latin set never clears the floor and the Top 40 set never bores the older guests. Cultural traditions handled with care, including Hora Loca, Las Arras, and Baile del Dinero.

Cues are coordinated directly with your planner, photographer, and venue, so the timeline runs without you managing it.

WHAT CAN BE ADDED
Uplighting, dance floor lighting, LED towers, custom monogram projection, photo booth, cold spark fountains, dancing on the clouds (dry ice), CO2 blasters, and flatscreen TVs for a photo and video montage.

Weddings are my focus. I also take on quinceaneras, sweet sixteens, anniversaries, and corporate events.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Premium sound system sized to the room. Two pro-grade wireless microphones for the ceremony, readings, and toasts. Sound-active dance floor lighting included on every package.

REDUNDANCY
Backup sound system, backup DJ controllers, and a backup power supply are on site at every event in case of an outage. A canopy tent is carried in case the weather turns on an outdoor setup.

AVAILABLE ADD-ONS
Uplighting, full-booth and tower ambient uplighting, two LED towers, elevated white DJ facade, custom monogram projection, photo booth, cold spark fountains, dancing on the clouds (dry ice), CO2 blasters, and two flatscreen TVs for a photo and video montage.

LANGUAGES
MC services available in English and Spanish, natively bilingual in both.

OVERTIME AND TRAVEL
Overtime is $200 per hour. Travel beyond 30 miles from Bay Shore, NY is billed at $1.25 per mile, round trip. Overnight travel is a flat $250.
