my family had photos done 11/10/13 and was told they would be up within 10 days and we received a few proofs and that is it. she will answer calls/emails randomly with excuses and promise to deliver and then nothing. her fb page is now gone as well as our proofs on her website. definitely DO NOT recommend.

Pure and simple; JNM Photography Service utilizes 'deceptive' practices
in-order to gain their unsuspecting customers' confidence & trust. Ultimately
never delivering the 'goods'!

6 months, still missing ceremony photos which are the most important part of a wedding, she didnt adhere to her contract which states two photo books because we booked two seperate and paid for two seperate sessions. this woman doesnt respond to emails or answer her phone and she has left a terrible representation of herself. you were paid in full. and you did not deliver your services, your contract states i own the copyrights however my photos are on your facebook and other pages BUT not in my hands. thats incredibly cheeky, and wrong. I will continue to try to contact you but I have proceeded with the paperwork for small claims court because apparently that is the only way to get you to uphold a contract. i hope no one else uses your services until you learn that you have to deliver on your end and not lie saying you sent things that were never sent nor received you failed to provide on the most basic level decency and customer service.
