Insight Photobooths

We hired them for a company holiday party. They showed up over a half hour late and were busy getting set up during the middle of the event. Meanwhile the plan was to arrive at least an hour early. When I called that day to see where they were, Alan apologized and told me that he'd refund me a portion of the cost for the trouble, which I never received. I also never received a link to the digital copies of the photos, which we often send off to clients to thank them for attending. I've followed up regarding this consistently since December, but have not received any response (even though I can see that any message I sent was marked as read).

Everyone at Insight Photobooth was a pleasure to work with. Josh went above and beyond his job description to help the wedding be a successful event. Thank you Insight Photobooth for a spectacular night!
