Lucky Casino Rentals does more than provide tables and dealers—we help create the right casino experience for your event. We help determine the best games and number of tables for your guest count, venue, and event goals, while considering placement and guest flow. We can also help coordinate playing vouchers, chip-to-raffle ticket exchanges, and the final drawing. For fundraisers, we can suggest ways to use the casino to encourage participation and maximize donations. Working with Jennifer was a great experience and I would highly recommend JM Event Planning for your next event. We booked them for a corporate office party and had two bartenders for 100 guests.
They provided COI documents adhering to our building requirements.

We needed someone with catering experience and some kitchen experience and we got a very new employee that was unskilled. Zero kitchen experience and seemingly very little catering experience. She claimed she had been with the company 1-1/2 weeks and did not get any information about our event ahead of time. She was visiibly overwhelmed the moment she walked through the door. It was a complete disaster. Me and 3-4 of my guests had to jump in and get the food out because literally nothing was getting done.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that the experience did not meet expectations and that you were not able to fully enjoy your event as planned.
We do want to clarify that we reached out ahead of the event requesting final details and prep instructions so we could better understand the scope and prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, we did not receive those details in advance, and we acknowledge that we should have followed up more directly before the event.
Our understanding was that this was a one-person service support role involving light food prep, guest support, drinks, cleanup, and general catering assistance. Once onsite, it became clear that the amount of food preparation, assembly, and kitchen execution required was much greater than what had been communicated ahead of time. If it required multiple guests stepping in to complete the food service, then the scope was beyond what one service staff member could reasonably manage alone.
That said, we do take responsibility for not better clarifying expectations beforehand and for not matching the staffing plan more appropriately once the scope became clear. We are sorry for the frustration this caused and are using this as a learning opportunity to improve our pre-event confirmation process, staffing assignments, and communication around kitchen-related support.
We never want a client to feel unsupported during their event, and we sincerely regret that this was your experience.

What to expect
What to Expect
We take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your event. From the moment we arrive to the final raffle ticket, our team manages the casino experience from setup through teardown.
1. Professional Setup
Our delivery and setup team will arrive approximately 1–2 hours before your event. We’ll move the gaming tables and equipment into place, arrange the accessories, and make sure everything is ready for play before your guests begin.
2. The Casino Opens
At the scheduled dealing time, our professional dealers arrive and take their places at the tables. Dealers typically remain in play for 3–4 hours, creating an engaging and welcoming experience for both first-time players and seasoned casino fans.
3. Guests Exchange Vouchers for Chips
Guests can bring their event vouchers to the casino tables and exchange them for playing chips. From there, they’re free to try their luck at Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, or whichever games are part of your event.
4. The Final Hand
When dealing time comes to an end, the casino closes—but the fun doesn't have to. Players can bring their remaining chips to the tables and exchange them for raffle tickets based on their winnings.
5. We Pack It Up
Once the dealing is complete, our team gets to work. The gaming tables and equipment are removed from the event space, leaving it ready to transition back to its original use.

Our casino setups are designed to work within a variety of event spaces, but a little planning goes a long way toward creating the best experience for your guests. Below are the primary considerations when planning your casino layout.
Approximate Table Dimensions
Blackjack: 6' × 4'
Roulette: 7' × 4'
Craps: 4' × 8'
Poker: 4' × 7'
These dimensions represent the tables themselves. Additional space is required around each table for the dealer and guests to comfortably stand or sit, as well as adequate walking space for guests moving throughout the event.
Lighting
Good lighting is important for both gameplay and the guest experience. Tables should be located in a well-lit area whenever possible so guests and dealers can easily see the different chip denominations, cards, roulette wheel, and dice.
We do not require dedicated stage or theatrical lighting. However, sufficient ambient or event lighting helps our dealers communicate with guests and keeps the games easy to see.
Sound
No dedicated sound system is required for the casino. However, it is helpful for the casino area to have a reasonable level of ambient noise so guests can hear our dealers.
This is particularly important for guests who are unfamiliar with casino games. Our dealers are there not only to deal the games, but also to explain the basics, answer questions, and help guests understand their playing options. Being able to hear the dealer makes that interaction much easier.
Floor & Surface
The casino tables should be placed on a flat, level, and stable surface. Uneven flooring can make tables unstable and may affect the proper operation of certain games.
Weather & Sun Exposure
Our tables can be used for both indoor and outdoor events, provided the environment is suitable for the equipment and our dealers.
Whenever possible, we recommend placing the casino in an area that is protected from direct sunlight and inclement weather. This is especially important because our dealers remain at their tables throughout the dealing period. Shade or overhead protection helps keep the experience comfortable for both our team and your guests.
