Great message on Value over Price. It's easy to get side tracked by a customers request to lower pricing if your not ready to share the VALUE of what your offering. All things are not equal and Jim did a great job of customizing a message that reinforced the different ways you take price off the table and replace it with value.

Jim was good I liked him I would have him back but would want him to understand our business more. His story was good but needed to have more motivation to the content to his story. He got us to a point of emotion and then did not bring us back up, This is just my opinion I have been lucky enough too have been around the world and worked with motivational speakers.
