Jessica La Music

Jessica is a multi-instrumentalist and music educator who plays the piano, trumpet, trombone and euphonium. Though she is classically trained, her talents are not limited to only one genre of music. In over 16 years of her professional experience, Jessica has performed in countless venues, either solo or with a plethora of local and international musicians, ranging from Salsa bands, Pop and R&B Groups, concert bands and marching bands. This has afforded her the opportunity to perform on live networks such as CityTV, CTV, TVO and OMNI.

In addition to playing solo, she is also the director and active member of Strings & Keys, a piano and violin duo that performs at weddings, corporate events and private parties.

In addition to live performances, she is an experienced session musician and arranger. Her involvement with these other ensembles has allowed her to embrace a plethora of musical styles and fuse them with her classical technique creating her own unique sound.

I am very flexible and can play both indoors and outdoors both in the day and at night. In situation where there may not be a piano/digital piano on site, I can provide both a keyboard and amplification. I require at least one outlet in order generate sound. However, in circumstance where there may not be access to an outlet, a generator can be rented in order to power up the keyboard!
