Jess Connor has been hula hooping since 2013. She has performed hula hooping and silk fans at live functions and parties, modeled body-painting and clothes for photographers and videographers, and assisted with teaching hula hoop classes for children and adults alike who want to improve their skills or just pick up a new experience of hula hooping. Jess Connor is most well-known for her energy and easy to learn dance choreography.

Hello! My name is Jess Connor and I go by Jess Connor Performs. I am an upbeat and dynamic go-go dancer, body painting artist, silk fan and hula hoop performer who specializes in a mesmerizing single hoop, circus style multiple hoops, and LED hoops. I have performed and connected with audiences at events, parties, festivals, stages, subways, and more across the United States.
As long as I am able to get a break every 15-30 minutes in order to get water, then I am good to go in whatever space and costume you would like me in!
