January 28, 2021I wrote the Flute-Viola-Harp trio Sandcat Lullaby as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Jennifer joined her friends Nichole Young Luchs (Harp) and Colleen Kuraszek (Viola).
Normally we would have invited them to our home, but circumstances dictated a remote performance. All the same, Jen, Nichole and Colleen dressed for the concert hall – just one more mark of their all-around professionalism. Their enthusiasm for the piece is greatly appreciated, and their performance was excellent; all that a composer could wish for. My hope is that someday we can arrange for a high-quality recording for release.
So it was a joyous event! I’m recommending Jen, Nichole and Colleen without reservation. I’d work with any of them again, anytime. Each of them will enhance any event you can conjure. I hope we will have other occasions to work together.

Chicago flutist, Jennifer M. Gosack has been praised for her vibrant tone, polished technique, and outstanding musicality across a broad range of styles. Jennifer is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Flute Performance at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She received her Master’s (2010) and Artist Diploma (2011) degrees in flute performance from CCM, as well as her Bachelor’s degree in flute performance from the DePaul University School of Music in 2008.
