Jenna K, Accomplished Violinist

Jenna is a very skilled violinist, and she was professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with. She also demonstrated great customer service throughout the booking process.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the performance was the best fit for the type of event and music we selected. Jenna’s strengths seem to be better suited to a more classical or structured setting. The genre of music we requested required more flexibility, including taking requests, improvising, and free-styling familiar songs. Unfortunately, if a song wasn’t already included in her prepared music, she was not able to accommodate the request or improvise it.

As the event progressed, the lack of flexibility became noticeable, and ultimately the crowd lost interest. I would definitely recommend Jenna for a more classical or formal setting where the music can be prepared in advance, but for a party atmosphere where guests expect interaction, requests, and more improvisation, I would recommend someone with more experience in that type of performance.

She is clearly talented, but unfortunately, the style of performance wasn't the right match for our event.

Jenna was a wonderful addition to our garden walk event. She arrived on time, was well prepared, and had a warm, professional demeanor from the moment she arrived. She performed for two hours in our backyard as guests strolled through the gardens, and her music created the perfect atmosphere.

Many of our visitors commented on how much they enjoyed her performance. Her contemporary pieces were beautifully suited to the occasion. Jenna was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and was flexible and accommodating on the day of the event.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jenna again or recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, reliable violinist for a private event. She exceeded our expectations and helped make our garden walk a memorable afternoon.
