Jeff Herbert is an in demand Bagpiper and Guitarist /Vocalist.
With over 17 years bagpiping experience and over 30 years on Guitar/Vocals .
He performs regularly in a the Washington DC metro area including a recurring performance on the Spirit of Washington Dinner Cruise Ship.
His music ranges from Celtic to Folk and Rock.
He also perform in an Acoustic based trio called Harmony River, covering acoustic classics from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
In addition to his solo career, Jeff is a also a charter member of the Washington DC Fire Department Pipes and Drums Band. Jeff has performed up and down the East Coast at a variety of events including weddings, funerals, parades and private events.

July 26, 2025We hired Jeff to perform at my late Father-in-law's celebration of life event and he was great! Arrived early with co-performer EB who played excellent violin and vocals. Together they were the perfect for the venue held at a local pub. We were very pleased and the finale was Jeff piping Amazing Grace at the end of the event which brought a few to tears! Thank you Jeff and EB for an outstanding performance!

I liked his flexible, professional attitude so much we did not refund because we are hoping to use him again when it is rescheduled since weekdays usually work with his schedule.
