Jeanie Carroll

As a DJ I take care of all the details and interact with the other vendors so that your only job will be to smile for the paparazzi! I bring great sound, lights for the dance floor, a huge digital DJ library, and 25+ years of experience in playing the right music at the right time to keep ‘em dancing. I make all announcements in English, French, or Spanish and keep the party on track whether it’s a wedding, party, or corporate event.
As a vocal performer I sing and play guitar along with fully orchestrated background tracks. I take requests from the audience. Since my first name is Jeanie, your wish is my command. I DJ during breaks depending on the kind of party and the desires of the host and the guests. That way, everyone gets their musical wish.

Vocalist, Entertainer, DJ, KJ, Mistress Of Ceremonies, and Musical Connaisseur, Jeanie has entertained audiences in Europe, the USA, Australia and much more. Now she focuses on Las Vegas and Sedona, where she splits her time. Her enormous vocal repertoire includes all styles: Soulful R & B, Country, Rock, Jazz Standards, Blues, Spanish, French, Italian, and more. She divides her time between Sedona and Las Vegas.

A certified music teacher, she has taught 1000s of children and adults through the years. Jeanie has been the vocalist for several groups: "The Classics" playing the American Songbook and focus on romance, the big band "Sentimental Journey" taking you back to the 40s, the "Dynamite Divas", a trio of women performing stage shows, and she is the former Director for the Sweet Adelines Sedona barbershop chorus "Red Rockappella". Jeanie is highly praised for her solo work as a performer, DK, KJ, Emcee, and voice-over talent.
As an actress, Jeanie has performed for several theatre companies including Canyon Moon Theatre, Red Earth Theatre, the Flagstaff Light Opera Company, Theatrikos, Emerson Theatre, and the Alpine Theatre Company. Her favorite roles were Frau Schneider in "Cabaret" and Mrs. Potts in "Beauty and the Beast".

Jeanie enjoys playing rhythm guitar and percussion instruments, mainly congas and the cajon.

Her one-woman show incorporates songs from all over the world in many styles and genres. The shortlist of artists in her repertoire: Barbra Streisand, Bonnie Raitt, Edith Piaf, Linda Ronstadt, Patsy Cline, Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, Gladys Knight, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Celine Dion, Karen Carpenter, Judy Garland, Adele, Stevie Wonder, Al Jarreau, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Christopher Cross, Elton John, Billy Joel, and too many to list. Jeanie has 1000s of fully-orchestrated background tracks to accompany her voice and guitar.

For events of 100 or less, I use a Bose Tower system, a Macbook Pro, and LED lighting. For larger events or venues, I bring my Peavey 8-channel mixer and two Yamaha 12-inch speakers.
If requested, I can also bring a karaoke library for you and your guests to sing.
