What to Expect
We are a Christian rock style band. We will play a set of original and cover Christian songs.
JC's Project, founded in 2005, began as a praise & worship band for the now defunct Open Door Community Church of Stafford, VA. Tom Neal is a founding member and principal song writer. The band loves to play small settings like coffee ships and cafes, as well as church or social events in and around the Northern Virginia and Stafford/Fredericksburg areas. We play for free! Tom plays rhythm guitar and vocals. John Matthews plays drums, and Tom's son, Jeremy, plays bass guitar. The band has gone through several changes since 2005 and is now an independent music ministry serving the greater Northern Virginia area. We are not perfect or are we professional musicians. But we have a great love for God and love to share the gospel of Jesus through our music. JC's Project is guided by Philippians 1:6 "... being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
Additional Booking Notes
We are self-contained and carry our own equipment. Our sound system is primarily for small venues, like coffee shops and cafes. We would require a larger sound system if playing a bigger venue.
