December 29, 2020Jaunty was able to immediately make our team of 22 feel comfortable in the Zoom training (not an easy task!). They paired us off in Zoom and practiced realistic social scenarios where we had to introduce ourselves and get into a passionate conversation. We went over conversational techniques, difficult assertiveness skills (like saying "no") and even played with some humor.
It was a lot of fun and weeks after we are still using the skills and even using them as inside jokes on our calls. The event was smooth and productive and I highly recommend them.
