Overview

Jasper Hobbs is a guitarist and singer-songwriter, and front-man for the band Deccan Traps. With a wide catalog of originals and covers that span many genres and influences, he is a great fit for any music opportunity, Jasper has played many of the venues around DC (including Union Stage, Pie Shop, and Pearl Street Warehouse), as well as cover gigs at beer halls and weddings, and residencies and acoustic sets at bars and cafes. May be booked solo, as a duo w/percussionist, or as a band.

Jasper is also a Berklee-trained saxophonist, bookable with a backing band for jazz, blues, funk, latin, etc.
