Janelle is the founder of Divine Career Solutions, an HR & business consultancy. She teaches and equips both business owners and professionals seeking to start, advance, or transition with competencies that add value to employers and deliver inclusive workforce solutions for professional & leadership development to help people build businesses and their teams. She is committed to empowering individuals by identifying career needs, providing business strategy consulting and creating the roadmap to excel & advance in their career or business. Janelle was the highest-ranking African American & Women global executive VP of HR over 2 countries(US & Canada) and has successfully transitioned from Corporate America to full-time business owner and creates 6-figure business & people processes for her clients so they can scale their businesses with minimal stress.

She transferred the same confidence, courage, strength & authority that I had in Corporate America to business ownership by remembering that her business is not about her; it’s about serving & empowering people by helping them identify their value & maximize it to deliver solutions. She believes that her experience in corporate culture has enabled her to be effective at helping others in a similar position as she was to find success despite the barriers against them.

As a woman of God, mom & business owner with 15 years of HR experience in various disciplines of HR, she now understands what comes with leadership and has been leading the way for others to walk in their purpose.
