I am a Speaker and a Leadership and Culture Consultant. Over ten years ago, I was intentionally trying to grow my career and advance to the level of senior leadership. My career journey made me realize that growing a career, while being a woman in predominantly male industries, was going to take more than intelligence, a great smile, and sheer luck. I now know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the invisible barriers that women face while growing careers in corporate America, and that is why I speak to business leaders and rising women leaders.
My goals are to:
1. Bring awareness to behaviors and structures that are un-inclusive and isolating to non-majority groups in workplaces.
2. Inspire workplace change so that women and other diverse talents can do great things within the organizations that they choose.
When I am not speaking, you can find me laughing out loud with my family and friends over a good meal, preferably while basking in the sunshine. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that together we can make space for women in the room!
