The sessions Jay facilitated for our gathering were dynamic and well-planned. On June 12, 2012 James facilitated our "Diversity in Action" webinar. In his presentation, James used a zooming slideshow and video platform to create a dynamic live session. He incorporated a variety of techniques that allowed our webinar attendees to both participate and to generate their own ideas. James included take-aways. These tools will help administrators lead diversity initiatives and help staff create more inclusive and respectful communities.

"The presentation was excellent- a mix of group activities and an inspiring talk on confronting change and taking a leap of faith. I enjoyed the activities because they focused on self development in a fun and iinteractive way. I particularly liked the activity " what is your Sign" because it encouraged us to see and present ourselves in a positive light. The other activities helped us to see change as a reality of life that we cannot predict, but can confront individually or as a team. They also helped us reflect on how we communicate with each other. The talk titled "Jump" was inspiring and very relevant to the audience. It provided lots of food for thought, and I felt it was over too soon..."
