January 18, 2023J. Demetrius came in he went over the flow of the days with my team and I , he knew exactly what to do to keep the conference going and to fill in the gaps in time of pivoting. He kept everyone engaged, on time and wanting more. His personalty was electrifying . People asked who he was, where he came from and how they could use him in the future. For Your Reference:
-Each event has a 2-hour minimum service. Every 20 minutes over the baseline 2-hour minimum is an additional $50 due by 12 noon the following day.
-All service fees are due at one time.
-If the event is canceled, 25% of the fee will be retained for administration fees, the remainder will be returned within 3-10 business days.
-Rain date must be provided within 6 days of the original event date. We cannot ensure that your rain date will be accommodated but will try our best to make it happen.
-Each service request includes two 30-minute informational sessions. These sessions are to flush out event details and unwritten requests.
-Client agrees to allow J Demetrius and The Network, LLC to use event flyers, videos, AI, audio, and marketing materials for promotional and advertising purposes.
-J retains the right to refuse any or part of service requests not agreed upon during the contract signing.
-Client agrees to pay fees associated with an additional request(s) at the time of the request.
