J Clamon (Ret LTCol USAF)

I will bring a fresh take on leadership from a long 33-year career in leadership. This look at leadership is from personal experience and observations as I came up through the ranks from Airman 1st Class to Lt Col.

Lt Col J. Arnold Clamon (RET) has 33 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force. His highly decorated climb through the ranks began as an airman first class and completed his career as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2021.
As a speaker, he has shared his vast leadership experience in front of senior leaders from all five branches of the military, speaking at the Air Force Academy, and Louisiana Tech University. He is the co-author of Warrior Rising From Ashes due out in the fall of 2023.
Arnold spent his military career serving as a supportive leader and commander, providing leadership coaching and support. He now strives to use these skills as he continues to coach on Leadership, Marriage, Marriage in the Military, and Family.
He is also an avid motorcycle-riding grandfather of six and a cat lover.
