We are Jermaine and Sal, two young men of the same culture who are proudly brothers by choice. Our professional worlds collided when we worked together in an Italian restaurant. There, we decided to combine our cooking skills, restaurant experience, and understanding of ingredients to fuse bold Jamaican flavor with a modern Caribbean twist to our community of tradition.
