David Hugh Fitzgerald, Jr. was born on June 22, 1986. His grade school education took place in Philadelphia public schools. For high school, David attended and graduated from West Catholic High School--a school of blue-ribbon excellence. He began undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) finishing his education at Temple University's renowned Real Estate Institute.
In 2009, David returned to his high school alma mater as a coach with the football program. In 2011, David coached on the first-ever West Catholic Football PIAA State Champion team.
David Is also a successful entrepreneur, David is a founding partner at The New Season Group Philadelphia; a thriving real estate investment and development firm annually yielding over $1M in revenues. David has since continued to develop as a real estate professional by becoming a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia.
David also is a managing partner of Mellanson Enterprise; a mental health conglomerate, with partnerships with multiple mental health agencies.
Furthermore, David is also a Global Speaker. Speaking in countries such as Uganda, Hatti, Dominican Republic, Turcs and Kacous, Pakistan, and Multiple states in the USA.
