With over 8, 000 hours of floor time, Olyvia is a seasoned public speaker. She has an ease, warmth, and charisma that instantly moves the room into focus, allowing her message to shine through. Her story includes overcoming an athletic injury that medically disqualified her from military service after three years of training. Through intense rehab and training, she went on to audition for American Ninja Warrior. Olyvia has also traveled the globe researching different government policies, cultures, and practices. Because she has honed the ability to understand people, she is exceptional at both crafting stories for any audience and reading a room to take it to wherever it needs to go.
