I am a speaker and workshop facilitator that helps healthcare providers create a more adaptable, empathetic and humanizing healthcare experience. I am a pharmacist and trained improv comedian, and apply the tools of improvisation to improve the healthcare experience. I can provide keynote addresses or workshops to healthcare providers, organizations, or companies to help their employees learn to "dominate the unexpected" of healthcare by using the skills improvisation teaches.
