Impeccable Occasions provided a full service experience for my family of ~50 guest for our New Year celebration. Everything from the signature cocktails, appetizers and attentive staff were on point. I will be contacting them for our next event.
I hired Impeccable Occasions through their event coordinator Annika for my Army retirement celebration on December 10th 2022. Signed contract and paid in full prior to event. On the day of my event, NO ONE showed up. No food no apology no response to numerous calls, emails, and texts, No refund!!!
I was very impressed with Jordan! She exceeded my expectations!
They were 2 1/2 hours late to set up for event. Cocktail hour was late with no hot items. Dinner was over an hour late and food cold. Didn’t bring utensils or enough plates etc.. desserts were made on the fly. When asked for a particular refund because of the lack of services, no response was received.
They were terrific. They reached out to me first, which shows she takes her job seriously. There was a little issue with traffic getting to the party, but they called me to let me know where they were and why they were running late. Another indication of their professionalism. The team made up for the lateness quickly and was set up at our bar for service before the guests arrived. They helped with plating, food service and cleanup; always asking what was next to do. The best part was that their personalities really shined, and our guests loved them. We'll definitely hire them again.

We have worked at lots of different venues throughout the DMV servicing Weddings, Birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, Luncheons, Corporate events, Holiday Parties, Anniversary's etc. We work with every ethnicity , Culture, and Religion.
