Years ago, Paul Sanft and Joe Tossey came up with an idea. They had found themselves searching for a passion, but they were fascinated by too many possibilities--travel, design, technology, history, politics, and medicine, to name a few--to pursue just one and ignore so many others. The solution: Ideatap Studios.

There is a common thread in all amazing things: Story. Every person, every place has a story to tell. Paul and Joe found themselves wanting to tell those stories better. We utilize Canon DSLR cameras to maximize our mobility while provided the sharp look that comes with Canon lenses.
In addition, we provide mobile stabilization tools such as the DJI Ronin and Steadicam Merlin.
These tools allow us provide high production value while maintaining the ability to move freely and quickly in any event situation.
