Right off the bat your team, faculty or leaders will know that I'm an authentic person that has overcome a lot of trauma as a child and adult. That through my own faults and the faults of others I have had to overcome extremes amount of adversity to make myself mentally strong. You will see someone with a lot emotion and passion because he wants to help those he speaks with change their lives.

With proven facts, stories, and our core values, we have a strong plan that works that can help your team, faculty or leaders turn our traumatic stress into our strength. We want to teach, motivate and inspire your team, faculty or leaders to become mentally strong, feel supported and protected as educators. That when you leave this experience you will be encouraged and strengthen to use the tools given to turn stress into a strength.

Khalil Sikander is native of Brooklyn, New York. He is an Afghani American who was raised in a difficult home with domestic abuse. His love of basketball gave him a path to escape the grips of poverty and abuse. He chased his dream of playing college basketball through hard work and sacrifice. He was able to make that dream come true by playing at the Junior College and Division 1 level. The first in his family to graduate high school and college, Khalil knows what it means to be resilient and persevere. He knows the importance of education and how it can transform a person's life. Through it all Khalil understands what it means to be the underdog and to never give up.

Khalil received his Bachelor's and Master's Degree along with his Administrative Certificate from Southern Utah University. He is a very successful educator and coach in the state of Utah. Being a head coach and assistant for both women and men programs, he has helped turn brand new schools and struggling schools into success stories. Khalil was a board member for UWBA (Utah Women Basketball Association), was a board member of Shape Utah, a member of the NEA, and a member UEA. He was also awarded the SHAPE UTAH High School Physical Educator of the year in 2017

Khalil has spoken at 9/11 school assemblies and drug and alcohol don't do drugs assemblies. He is one to always put his core values above all. Even if it means losing what he loves to help others.

Khali is a a Father of 4 beautiful girls and been married to his Wife Kim for the past 18 years. He Is a Passionat coach. He travels the country coaching travel basketball teams with both girls and boys programs. He loves the outdoors and is a big reason of why he stayed out west. He enjoys playing all different types of sport and most important loves reading and learning because he knows that its a key to living a better life.
