Holly from the Farm comes prepared to each event with everything she needs to paint or sparkle on your skin.
As a professional, she brings her own table, chair, and *when outdoors*, a canopy.
She arrives 20-30 minutes before the booked start time to set up and be ready to wow your guests.
Please be prepared to show the artist where to set up and have that space cleared and accessible.
To facilitate equipment loading and unloading, it is essential to have parking arrangements made in advance.

The artists will spend 3-5 minutes painting each guest, so at large events, it will be necessary for the organizer to designate a person to manage the line. Helping guests choose a design before they get in the chair will help the line move faster and avoid others having to wait longer. Line management is essential for a well-run event.
If you have booked by the hour, it is your responsibility to limit additional guests from requesting service after that time. Please book enough time to have all your guests painted to avoid this disappointment.
Overtime: Artist will attempt to accommodate requests for additional paid time by the event organizer (person who booked the service) only. Guests to the event may not negotiate additional time. The end time is a hard stop time unless the event organizer makes a verbal agreement with the Artist to add additional paid time. In all instances, it is the event organizer's responsibility to limit additional guests from requesting service that cannot be performed within the booked time.

Breaks: Artist will be provided with paid 10-minute breaks for every two hours of contracted time. Artists require mandatory access to a restroom.

Artwork Limitations: Artists retain the right to refuse to paint on any part of the body or any words, symbols, or images that she is not comfortable painting. Artist retains the right to refuse to paint on any individual who is crying or unwilling to be painted.

Liability Statement: The artist provides services of face painting and glitter applications using only high-quality cosmetic-grade products; however, it is important to note that people can be allergic to anything, therefore, the artist is not liable for any party’s allergic reactions. Individuals with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate. The artist will not paint anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, eczema, open wounds, or any skin condition. The artist cannot be held responsible for any spreading of illness. The artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. Face paint is usually best cleaned with regular soap and water, and in cases of extremely dry skin, it can be removed using oil.

Adverse Working Conditions: The Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding monies if there are adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation. Adverse conditions can include destructive behavior of a child or an adult; illegal activities; dangerous weather (thunderstorm, lightning, tornado watch/warning, dust storm, or excessively high winds preventing the safe use of a tent). If an alternative indoor location is available during bad weather, the Artist will happily relocate to an indoor space.
In the event of cancellation due to weather, Act of God, or Force Majeure Artist will attempt to reschedule *as the schedule allows.*

Lastly, we want your event to be successful. Be sure to ask any questions you might have ahead of time so we can make sure you get what you want. If your event is outdoors, make weather arrangements ahead of time since a dry location is necessary for face painting.

A 10X10 space is needed for indoor events and 12X12 for outdoor events.
