As an expert in strengths-based leadership, change management, and corporate women’s empowerment, Holly designs & delivers customized keynotes and programs for Fortune 500 companies. Her unique approach has led managers to become stronger leaders, individual contributors to achieve higher levels of performance, and companies to discover new opportunities for success. Formerly the vice president of an international brokerage firm, Holly has infused her extensive management and leadership experience with her passion for inspiring others to discover their untapped potential and brilliance.

Holly began her career as a cruise director in Tahiti, where she polished her skills of entertaining, inspiring, and connecting with diverse audiences. Following her time there, Holly began traveling across the U.S. as the National Spokesmodel for Lee Jeans and representing numerous companies in television and print advertising. Over the years, her gift for engaging and energizing diverse audiences transitioned her into the corporate sector, where she began guiding companies to higher performance levels through interactive learning experiences.
