Overview

Holler & Crow specializes in whimsical folk fusion magic: music that makes listeners of all ages feel both transported and right at home.

Our unique blend is often described as "cottagecore" or "shire-ish". We tailor our upbeat blend of traditional Celtic, modern Celt Punk, old time and modern Americana covers, popular sea shanties, nerd and fantasy folk, to each setting, venue and event we play.

Holler & Crow has been bringing music to Western North Carolina since 2018 and performs throughout the region at private events, weddings, pubs and mead halls, fantasy festivals. We are able to perform solo bard-style, as an intimate duo, a jaunty trio or a powerful four piece.

Holller & Crow played at our wedding!

We saw Holller & Crow at a local venue and absolutely loved them! They call their style cottage core, which is super fun and if you’re into Lord of the rings or other such nerdery, you will love them. Lark Frasier their leader is super charismatic and talented and puts together a fantastic band to include banjo, accordion and fiddle to accompany her excellent guitar work.

Best Folk Band ever!

I had the opportunity to hire Holler and Crow for my fall harvest party for my job. First, working to set up the details were so easy, and they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Then came the day of the gathering. They were so wonderful to work with and very kind. Then came the music. From a mixture of ballads, sailor Shantys, pop culture icons (such as Concerning Hobbits from Lord of the Rings), and on and on, they harmonize together beautifully, and their sound is one that you will not forget for a long time to come! All of my staff in attendance for my party enjoyed their music and hoped t see them again in the future. If you are looking for a folk band that is both talented and fun, please look no further than Holler and Crow! You will love them!
