I saw Hit Me 90s at the Sherman Oaks Street Fair and they were awesome! So awesome that I booked them for our school's fundraiser, the theme was the 90's.
Mara and the guys were easy to work with, professional, flexible and ultimately put on a great performance that everyone loved. As a musician, I can say that these folks are pros in terms of musicality and performance.
Book them for your event, it's a no brainer.

August 28, 2019Awesome 90s Nostalgia Party Explosion!
We recently hosted a large "taste of" event that featured food booths, art demonstrations, boutique vendors, and three stages of entertainment. We booked Hit Me 90s to play the stage at the center of the event and they were absolutely PERFECT.
The musicianship and professionalism of the band was superb. The mix of songs was incredible. And Mara was incredibly easy to work with.
We will definitely be booking Hit Me 90s again and you should too!!

Hit Me 90s was incredibly professional to work with and they energized our giant crowd with their crisp renditions of 90s nostalgia classics! They communicated often and thoroughly leading up to our event, arrived and executed prep hitting all time marks on the day of the event, and they absolutely CRUSHED the show. The crowd was soo responsive to their sets we've been able to come away from the event with some of the best footage for marketing future events. I couldn't possibly recommend this group highly enough.

What to expect
We are a professional group of musicians who have been playing in bands together for over 10 years. We are easy to work with, on time, respectful, and a lot of fun! The show itself can be booked in 45-minute sets (1-3 per night). Pricing varies depending on how many sets, if you need us to bring our own PA, distance from Los Angeles, CA, etc. We can provide an iPod playlist for music between sets, or bring an additional DJ/MC to round out the 90s-themed entertainment for the evening. Our show is family-friendly, and features 90s gags and references (AOL dial-up, pagers, etc.) The band is also well-versed in 80s and current hits, so if you'd like us to mix it up, no problem!

Hit the dancefloor and sing along to the childhood favorites you've forgotten about, and re-live the moments you and your millennial friends will never forget.
Hit Me 90s knows how to get a crowd going, and keep them on the dancefloor singing along all night long. They've actually been on stage together as an 80s cover band (Mara & The Big Rockstars) since 2005, and are thrilled to be bringing a whole new generation of hits to their fellow Gen-Y fans. The energy is real because the players and instrumentation are real - no tracks here! They create live arrangements of even the most synth-poppiest songs, and invent mash-ups that surprise and delight audiences of all ages.
