Hiraya Coffee is a Las Vegas based mobile espresso bar and coffee catering experience founded by pastry chef Cessy Mendoza and entrepreneur Honey Flores. The name Hiraya means the fruit of one’s hopes, dreams, and aspirations, a reflection of the company’s mission to bring people together through meaningful coffee experiences.
Specializing in handcrafted espresso drinks, Hiraya Coffee blends modern specialty coffee with unique Filipino flavors and cultural inspiration. The menu features signature creations such as the Philippine Sea Latte, ube and pandan lattes, and other thoughtfully crafted beverages made with ethically sourced beans from the Philippines.

More than just coffee service, Hiraya Coffee creates memorable moments at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private celebrations with a stylish mobile coffee cart and a warm, welcoming team. Hiraya Coffee operates a professional mobile espresso bar designed for both indoor and outdoor events. Our setup is compact, efficient, and adaptable to a variety of venues.

Requirements include:
• Access to a standard 120V power outlet (dedicated outlet preferred)
• A 6–8 ft space for the coffee cart setup
• Flat and stable ground for equipment
• Access to water nearby is helpful but not required

Our team provides all necessary coffee equipment, tools, cups, and service supplies. We typically require 30–45 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown.

For larger events or high-volume service, additional space and power access may be requested to ensure smooth and efficient service.
