September 28, 2021I left the training with Nancy feeling inspired and motivated! I received new ideas for the business while listening to her share a bit about her journey. I'm sure all of us here at Kid Scholars Academy will go home with some great information, education and motivation. May God continue to bless and bestow His favor upon her and her business!

September 27, 2021Nancy is the most professional, honest, and organized individual we have ever hired. She is also detailed-oriented and timeline driven. With her expertise Nancy has helped our business see potential for long term success. Nancy has also trained our staff to act like owners and take ownership of their classroom and the
facility, by going above and beyond to take care of our families. Since Nancy's departure, our business google reviews have increased tremendously, our staff is very motivated and engaged, and our parents are happier with our services. If you are looking for a business consultant that will help your business set the right foundation for long term success, I would highly recommend Nancy.

A passionate, knowledgeable, experienced, articulate speaker who over delivers every time and wows audiences regardless of the topic I speak about. My goal is to be a change agent in the lives of my audience by presenting information that is relatable and very useful to them years after they hear me speak. My talks are filled with very organized, specific materials related to the particular speech I'm giving, real life stories, facts, statistics, motivational quotes, light jokes related to the topic at hand, etc.
Nancy Azeez is a dynamic speaker who enjoys speaking on business topics using her expertise, personal stories, and humor that audiences are guaranteed to learn from, be inspired by, and have their lives and businesses changed. Nancy is known to companies and clients as their Chief Reputation Officer. She is an award-winning business consultant with over 12 years of entrepreneurial, leadership, and managerial experience working with brands such as Starbucks, Omni Hotels and Resorts, Olive Garden, Intuit Turbo tax, Snap Finance, and more. Nancy works with startups and existing small businesses locally and globally.
Nancy founded Red Onyx Consulting, LLC in 2018 during her MBA studies while researching and conducting case studies on the importance of customer service to a company’s success and why companies like Chick Fil A excel at this and other companies miss the mark and do not realize the amount of money they are losing. Nancy has made it her vision to help companies close their backdoor, build loyal customers, have low employee turnover, and increase revenue by 6-7 figures annually.
In 2019, Nancy was recognized as the Houston Women in Business Champion of the year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. At the age of 25, Nancy co-founded a tax business that grew to 25 locations nationally and began franchising.
Lighting should compliment my skin tone and create great video and pictures of the event.
