With over 20 years of experience in leadership as a registered nurse, Carli understands human behavior, resilience, and transformation. Having written an eight-song album (five released, three upcoming), she brings a unique ability to merge music with motivational speaking, crafting a presentation that is both uplifting and deeply meaningful.

Carli’s approach goes beyond entertainment—her performances are designed to inspire action, encourage self-discovery, and leave a lasting impact. Whether speaking to corporate leaders, event attendees, or retreat participants, she delivers an experience that is both powerful and unforgettable.

Carli B. Webb, RN, has spent 23 years in nursing, across internal medicine, pediatric and adult home health, infertility medicine, leadership positions and both the front and back end of the insurance side of healthcare. For eighteen of those years she has worked in occupational health serving the employees of one of the world's largest airlines, including three years managing the health center. Over her career she has also had the privilege of caring for very high profile clients, teaching other managers the ART of Quality and how to inspire their team. At 41, after her personal 22 year relationship ended, she rebuilt her life around a voice she had hidden since childhood, releasing her first EP to include 8 original songs of her album called, “No More Pretending.” Today she speaks, performs her music, leads Reclaim Her classes, and works one to one with women in midlife. She is hosting a women's retreat in Spain in March 2027 and continues to practice nursing PRN.
