Thank you Ron and all High and Mighty. I recently celebrated my 40th birthday and am so glad to have chosen this band. I have a pretty good sound system already setup in my backyard, but WOW once they started playing the entire ambience changed. You cannot beat live music especially if they sound amazing. Nothing but great music and vibes with them. Will definitely recommend to all! A++++
Ron was very professional when coordinating for the event details. They arrived early to setup, and started promptly at scheduled time. Which was perfect because I had luau and fire dancers scheduled in between their set. The entire band was friendly and professional during the event. Thank you again!

What a find!! High and Mighty was absolutely amazing. Their style of music reminded me of attending the Bob Marley Fest in the LBC back in the day. The guys really know how to perform and play. Wasn't sure what to expect at first but was pleasantly surprised. My guests kept complimenting me for booking them. They made my party a very memorable one. Thanks fellas.

These guys were awesome! They performed some quality reggae for my party and had the whole place dancing. Covers and originals. I REALLY liked their originals, though. Really nice guys, too. I highly recommend them.

About
High & Mighty was formed in 2019 by experienced musicians from Los Angeles with the goal of creating a roots reggae band that gave respect to the foundation sound of reggae from Jamaica while incorporating modern influences. Its members have performed and shared the stage with some of reggae's greatest artists from around the world which include Barrington Levy, The Wailers, Steel Pulse, Midnite, The Abyssinians, Don Carlos, Alborosie, Sizzla, and Freddie Mcgregor to name a few.
High & Mighty consists of Ron Montoya on lead vocals (Arise Roots drummer/founder), Jonathan Batres on bass (Mexico 68, Ras Rebel), Anthony Ramirez on guitar and backing vocals (Prime Livity, Roots Collective), Rosendo Mendoza on keys and backing vocals (Beyond I Sight, Gonzo from Tribal Seeds), and Fernando Oviedo on drums (Quinto Sol, Prime Livity, Pachamama).
High & Mighty’s brand of hard-hitting, positive, and inspirational music is guaranteed to leave the dancehall craving for more.
