December 13, 2019We hired Derick and High Arc Media to document out 30 hour full immersion transformational seminar. The final product caught the essence of our flagship event The Pow Wow at the Mountaintop. Not to mention that Derick showed up early and left later than required. The video was turned around quickly and he went through a couple of really solid drafts. Derick started out with a traditional business event highlight video but after reviewing the final product asked for artisitic freedom to deliver a more creative product. Needless to say giving him autonomy was a great decision. I give Derick and High Arc Media my highest recommendation

As Executive Director, Derick has led high-profile productions, executive producing commercials with budgets upwards of $500K and assembling crews of 60+ members. High Arc Media’s video production expertise includes documentaries, commercials, corporate promos, and branded content.
Beyond video, Derick architects comprehensive marketing solutions, including brand story development, web design, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.

Our technical needs vary depending on the type of service booked. We’re flexible and can provide a full production setup or seamlessly integrate with your existing team or venue.
For Video Production:
Access to power outlets (for cameras, lights, audio gear)
Quiet environment for interviews or sound recording
Reserved space for gear setup and crew (minimum 10x10 ft recommended)
If recording live events: dedicated stage or performance area with unobstructed views
For Event Management / Planning:
Final venue layout and access schedule (at least 7 days prior to event)
Venue contact and vendor list (if applicable)
Load-in/load-out times and parking access
On-site WiFi (if digital check-in or live streaming is needed)
For Live AV / Event Production (if applicable):
Stage dimensions and ceiling height (for lighting/trussing)
Power requirements (we’ll coordinate exact load needs with your venue)
Lighting and audio system specs (or we can bring our own)
Soundcheck or rehearsal access (when needed)
