Hidden Concept Band

The audience can expect to be thoroughly entertained by a unique approach to music drawing from a range of styles and diverse pool of music.

I am a Detroit-born musician and music teacher teaching band and orchestra in Detroit and abroad in places such as Kenya. My primary instruments are percussion and piano. I also give private lessons around the city to students of all ages. The main influences within my style are versatile and diverse including a range of styles such as jazz, classical, pop, R&B, hip-hop, fusion, rock and roll, and gospel. I do solo performances, but also lead my group, Hidden Concept, which performances a variety of original and cover arrangements. We have played for venues such as Aretha's Jazz Cafe, Moondog Cafe, The Congregation, Javier's Steakhouse, etc. If you are looking for a soloist or band that can do it all, whatever you request, you are in the right place!
