HERMIE GRANATI –
➢ Started his pro career with The Rich Engler band opening for Yes, David Bowie, King Crimson
➢ Hired by Donnie Iris to play in The Jaggerz after a song writing collaboration, and in later years performed live and produced two reunion cds for the legendary singing group
➢ Formed The Granati Brothers/G-Force with brothers Joey, David, Ricky and cousin Tony which received a record deal with A&M and a national tour performing with J. Giles, Heart, Sammy Hagar, Def Leppard, Doobie Bros. & Southside Johnny.
➢ Received 2nd national record deal with Atlantic and did two tours with Van Halen
➢ Studio songwriting and performing collaborations with David Lee Roth, Donnie Iris, Steve Vai, Peter Frampton, Joe Grushecky, and Allie Gordon (Happy Together)
➢ A staple of the B. E. Taylor Christmas show tours with his signature song “O Darlin”, which also appears on WQED’s tribute to The Beatles
➢ Currently promoting solo & G-Bros material on the internet.

➢ B. S. of Music Education degree from Duquesne University
➢ Extensive playing tour of the Midwest and East coast
➢ Recorded in Nashville with Wayne Jackson and Andrew Love (sax solo on “Takin’ it to the Streets) of the Memphis Horns producing and performing
➢ Played, co-wrote, and helped record/produce many local and Tri-state radio and TV commercials including spots for The Parkway Center Mall (which had some members of the Pittsburgh Symphony performing) and Heads Together (a local record outlet in Squirrel Hill)
➢ Performed and recorded with Jimmy Ross (The Jaggerz) in the band Cooper and Ross
➢ Performed as one of the dueling piano players for 5 years at Jellyrolls in Station Square, Pittsburgh
➢ Regularly worked as a substitute dueling piano player at Charlie Murdoch’s Dueling Piano Bar on Pittsburgh’s South Side and Sing Sing Dueling Piano Bar at The Waterfront
➢ Performs as a member of Johnny Angel and the Halos

We provide our own sound system for small to mid-sized events which is included in our package price. For large events that required a larger sound system an additional fee would be added to our price quote.

We require a minimum stage area of 10ft W x 8ft D

We can provide basic stage lighting if needed.
