Originally from Romania, she began her piano studies at age 7. Her education includes a Bachelor of music degree from Romania, Master of Piano Performance and Artist Diploma from Duquesne University.
She is the winner of numerous piano auditions and competitions, and was awarded a full scholarship to Gheorge Dima Music Academy and Duquesne University. Ms. Scheibert has experience performing with orchestras both as a soloist and collaborator. She has performed several solo and chamber recitals in the U.S. and in Europe and had performances broadcast on Romanian National Radio.
Ms. Scheibert has more than 10 years of experience in teaching piano. In Pittsburgh, she has taught privately and at music schools, including Seton Center and Duquesne Univeristy as a graduate assistant.
Currently she is studying towards a DMA in Piano Performance at West Virginia University
