As a seasoned and successful Haunted Attraction Professional, I am able to prove any or all of the following services:

• Manage all aspects of Attractions, including design and construction, product research and procurement, recruiting and personnel staffing, purchasing, marketing & advertising, sponsorship solicitation and operations.
• Established recruiting and hiring program, including interviewing and selection, as well as establishing an employee handbook, SOP, training and safety manual and company policies.
• Apply excellent people skills to oversee management of all personnel, including makeup artists, security and actors, resulting in a cohesive, dedicated and motivated team.
• Effectively execute property lease, property purchase, insurance and other contract negotiations.
• Successfully negotiate, develop and initiate all forms of marketing and advertising, including Internet, social network, radio, billboard, print and TV, and prepare media and marketing kits to solicit sponsorships.
• Successfully develop and managed social media marketing campaign to include Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.
• Develop and execute high impact Press Releases and follow up with the press and media to accommodate interviews and appearances at news stations, magazines, newspapers, etc, with coverage of events.
• Conduct Haunted Attraction industry PowerPoint seminars and workshops on topics, including Marketing, Sponsorship, Safety, Team Recruiting, Hiring & Management and Business Plan Writing.
