Ceremony Only ($300 – $500): This usually covers 1 hour of time. It includes 15–30 minutes of prelude music as guests arrive, the processional, any mid-ceremony interludes, and the recessional music.
Ceremony & Cocktail Hour ($500 – $950): This covers roughly 2 hours of performance. The violinist transitions from traditional classical music at the ceremony to lighter pop, jazz, or rock covers while guests mingle.
Full Wedding / Reception ($600 – $1,500+): This extended package keeps the violinist on-site through dinner or to play alongside a live DJ.Equipment and Acoustic Style Differences The type of violin performance you choose also impacts the price:
Acoustic Violin ($450 – $650): Best for intimate weddings under 75 guests. The sound carries naturally in enclosed spaces or quiet outdoor gardens.Electric Violin with Backing Tracks ($650 – $900+): Ideal for large guest counts or high-energy receptions. The violinist brings an amplifier and sound system, often roaming through the crowd interactively
